Jitender Kalwani

Jitender has over 18 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, MIS, Budgeting, Tax & regulatory matters, Processes & controls in organizations. Prior to joining Sub-K, Jitender worked in Megasoft and Gati.

In his current capacity, Jitender’s primary responsibility is to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements of the company.

Jitender holds Masters degree in Commerce from Osmania University, MBA from IGNOU, ACS and Member of Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts (ICFAI), and Strategic Management Certification from IIM Ahmedabad.

Chief Credit & Risk Officer

Pavan Kumar R

With over 20 years of experience, Pavan has extensively worked in the Microfinance and NBFC sector. Over the years, Pavan has worked in various capacities in Operations, HR and Marketing in BASIX Group. He leads the Credit Business vertical at Sub-K in South & Central India.

Pavan has done his Masters in Agriculture with specialization in Soil Science and Agricultural chemistry from Acharya N G Ranga Agricultural University.

Chief Technology Officer

Srinivas Valluri

Srinivas Valluri who has joined us as Chief Technology Officer.

Srinivas has 20 years of experience building and enabling software for a diverse set of customers, including being a CTO for 2 start-ups: one in the fin-tech space and one in healthcare. His expertise spans multiple business domains including fin-tech, manufacturing, retail and health care. His work experience with MNCs like Wal-Mart, Ford Motor Company, and Credit Suisse has taught him how to manage large and complex projects.

Srinivas was instrumental in setting-up and managing the India Development Centre of a large retail consortium. His work in the Fintech domain involved building a paper-less lending platform and high-performance trading systems. As a CTO at a healthcare start-up, he focused on clinical decision support systems, electronic medical records and computer telephony integration.

Srinivas has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Srinivas enjoys a good cup of coffee and is fascinated by cars, technology and badminton.

Financial Controller

Susheel Kumar P

Susheel is a distinguished professional with over 30 years of expertise in accounts, finance, budgetary controls, internal audit, and tax and regulatory matters, spanning the manufacturing, education, and service sectors. He presides over the Finance & Accounts, MIS, and Admin departments at Sub-K. His multifaceted personality, profound knowledge base, and impeccable attention to detail are invaluable assets to the organization.

Susheel holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Mathematics from Madurai Kamaraj University, where he graduated as the valedictorian. He has successfully completed the Integrated Professional Competence Course from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has undertaken an esteemed Senior Leadership Management certification program at IIM Ahmedabad.

Head - Agent Network Management

Mangaraju Javvadi

Mangaraju has over 22 years of work experience in different functions such as Business Operations, Finance, Accounts, MIS, Budgeting, Project Management, Internal & External audits, Tax, and Regulatory matters. He also closely worked for start-up projects – B-ABLE, B-CTS, BKSL and Sub-K.

He closely works with BASIX Employees and Agents Mutually aided Co-operative Society Ltd. mentoring Secretary handling regular operations as one of the Board Members.

Holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management(Executive) specialization in Technology & Operations from MIT Pune, a bachelor’s in commerce from Osmania University, and Certified in Computers applications from IGNOU.

Head - IT Development

Murali VVN

Murali has over 11 years of experience in software design, development and maintenance in web (J2EE) and mobile applications (Android, Blackberry) and expertise in all aspects of in-house developed system and product development. He has expertise in integration with the Core Banking System (CBS) of Banks, ATM Modules, Mobile Banking, payment gateways (NPCI), Aadhaar APIs, Banks’ Financial Gateways and development of Micro Finance Institutions (MFI) Loan Origination System (LOS) & Loan Management System (LMS).

Murali currently leads the IT Development (New Products) team at Sub-K. He is a post graduate in Technology and holds a Masters Degree in Technology from JNTU in Computer Science and Engineering.

Regional Head, Microfinance

Sudhir Kumar Siddhu

Sudhir has more than 13 years of experience in financial inclusion. He began his career at BASIX Social Enterprise Group where he was instrumental in executing various innovative programs in microfinance and rural livelihoods in the western and central parts of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. )He is responsible for coordinating and supporting a large number of units spread across various regions. His position plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective functioning of microfinance branches. 

Prior to Sub-K, Sudhir worked for KRIBHCO (DFID Project) for integrated farming system development through a participatory approach, and also worked for BAIF for world bank funded project DPIP and agriculture improvement program in the state of Rajasthan and western Uttar Pradesh and had about 10 years of working experience with specialization in the agricultural and rural development field.

Anubhav Sharma

Anubhav brings in a rich heritage of 22 years of experience. He is a dynamic and self-driven professional having capabilities of handling Large Business Operations, New Product Launches, Project Management, Team Management, Channel Management, Strategic Planning & Execution, and Training & Development.

His prior experience has been in leading brands in the BFSI sector. His expertise lies in strategic planning, team management, product management, sales, and marketing. Anubhav is bestowed with numerous awards, accolades, and recognitions for his exemplary contributions throughout his career. Apart from his professional expertise, Anubhav is a Reiki Master (touch and healing therapy).

Anubhav has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and various certifications to his credit.

Rammohan Namala

Rammohan Namala brings in 18+ years of experience. His prior experience has been in HR and then he moved to Financial Inclusion. He is a cordial, self-driven, and highly talented individual.

Adorned with a Master’s degree in Information Technology. Rammohan actively has utilized his knowledge and expertise in finance and technology to empower and reach last mile customers and promote financial inclusion. Awards and accolades celebrate his profile. He is an asset to the organization and is always blooming with ideas and initiatives that take us a notch above.

Narendra Babu Tenneti

Narendra Babu brings together a combined 15 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Statutory Compliance, Internal Audit, MIS, Budgeting, Processes, and controls in service industries. Before joining Sub-K, Narendra Babu worked with Indian Grameen Services as Internal Auditor. He had also worked with Karvy Computer Share Pvt. Ltd as an Internal Audit – Officer where he was responsible for the audit of UTI Mutual Fund which is one of the leading mutual fund investment companies in India.

Narendra Babu plays a crucial role in organizing and overseeing the procedures.

Narendra Babu possesses a Master of Business Administration in Finance, a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, and also holds a GST- Practitioner certificate from the MSME-Technology Development Centre (PPDC).

Head MIS and Data Analytics

Vinod K Killamsetty

Vinod brings a wealth of experience spanning 14 years across diverse industries such as Banking and Payments, Microfinance, Consumer Durables, Furniture, and FMCG. Throughout his career, he has undertaken a range of key responsibilities including MIS reporting, Data Management, Business Planning and Budgeting, Marketing, and Sales. Vinod commenced his professional journey with Sub-K a decade ago and currently spearheads the organization’s MIS & Data Analytics division. Prior to his tenure at Sub-K, he contributed his expertise to Godrej & Boyce.

Vinod holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT from Berhampur University, as well as an MBA specializing in Marketing & Finance from GITAM, Visakhapatnam. Moreover, he is a certified professional in SAP’s SD Module. Originally hailing from Odisha, Vinod completed his education in the region before relocating to Hyderabad.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Vinod possesses a strong passion for cricket, movies, and photo/video editing.
